This was his second marriage and they had separated, with no children, by 1867.;;Charlotte Fogg (Mrs Dumaresq) died at the residence of her son at the Cape of Good Hope on 19 Sept 1892. She was described still as the wife of Capt. E. Dumaresq, who did not die until 23 April 1906 aged 104.;;;;The children of John B and Charlotte Fogg were the Rev. Peter Parry Fogg (1832 - 1920), who in May 1891 sailed from England for the Cape of Good Hope as Archdeacon of the George district. He retained this appointment till retirement and died there, as did his brother John Newbury Fogg (1830 - 1909) and his sister Sarah Ann Fogg (1826 - 1922).
