Estelle Kathleen Campbell was the daughter of Samuel and Marian (nee Thrower) Campbell and sister of Alec Campbell. She died on 5 July 1991. Russell Owen Atkinson, born in 1895, was the son of Thomas and Edith (nee Tofft) Atkinson. Russell died on 25 December 1983. Included in a bequest to Estelle by Russell was his typewriter and 'any books and papers that she may wish to have from the section of my collection on Tasmania'. Russell was the author of Ellen Nora Payne: woodcarver of Tasmania published in 1975.
