Settler and Colonial Treasurer. Appointed to the position of Treasurer on 4 July 1825 and dismissed in 1832 after a defecit in Treasury funds was discovered. Thomas and his wife, Charlotte Partridge, arrived in Hobart, with 7 children, three servants and their two children on 2 Feb 1824 per William Shand. ;;Jocelyn and Charlotte's children were Jocelyn (J.B), Katherine, Bartholomew (Bat), Samuel, Edward, Charles and Charlotte
