Paul Musgrove Sansom was born in Hobart 6 April 1923. He was the son of K. L. Sansom 15 Lord Street, Sandy Bay.;;;;He served in the 2/9th Australian Armoured Regiment "C" Squadron as a Driver/Mechanic in the AIF (TX8082) from 25 Aug 1941 to 26 Apr 1946.;;;;The Squadron saw active service on Tarakan Island off the coast of Borneo. This Regiment comprised Tasmanian and South Australian men.;;;;
