The Irvine family newscuttings scrapbook was most likely compiled by Mrs Jemima Frances Irvine, daughter of David and Frances Maria Burn. Jemima was born in Scotland on 7 April 1822 and died at Evandale aged 97 on 17 July 1919. Jemima was an artist and conchologist. She married Charles James Irvine on 22 June 1843. They had 10 children. Charles died on 15 Nov 1863.
