Established in 1952, the Tasmanian Pony and Riding Club was a foundation member of the Pony Club Association of Tasmania, and is one of the largest pony clubs in the state. It is one of 10 pony clubs in the northern zone. It provides members with instruction, horsemanship skills and techniques, and aims to make horse riding safe and enjoyable for all.
