CAST has as its aim the promotion and presentation of quality contemporary work and experimental art throughout Tasmania. CAST provides exhibition venues in Hobart and Launceston and supports touring art from interstate and Tasmanian contemporary art to tour nationally and internationally.;;;;CAST was formed in August 1992 following the amalgamation of Chameleon in Hobart, ArtHouse in Launceston and the National Exhibitions Touring Scheme, Tasmania.
