Thomas Affleck (1837-1898), miller, married Agnes Crompton on 10 April 1863. They had nine children: James Henry, 1864-1880; John, 1865-1916, married Margaret Hughes; Mary Agnes, 1867-1867; Thomas William, 1868-1893; Richard, 1870-1872; Elspeth Elsie, 1872, married Albert John Walker; Margaret Johnstone, 1874-1966, married twice (see below); Rowland, 1877-1879; and Isabella Bruce Johnstone, 1880, married Lindsay Robert Hughes.;;;;The seventh child, Margaret (Maggie) born on 10 June 1874, was given "The Keepsake Scripture Text Book" on her eighteenth birthday in 1892. Margaret's first marriage was to Thomas Walker, from 'Kelton', Longford, on 29 June 1910. He died aged 57 on 15 August 1921. ;;;;Margaret married a second time to Rev. Albert Ernest Culliford on 18 August 1925 at St Andrew's Church, Launceston. Albert died the following year on 29 April 1926, at their residence at 111 Cameron Street, Launceston. He was buried at Carr Villa. Margaret Culliford died aged 91 on 25 May 1966 and was buried at St Andrew's Church cemetery, Perth.
