Registration of deeds and titles under the direction of the Recorder of Titles.;;;;In 1989 the Land Titles Office and the Registry of Deeds came under the overall management of the new Department of Environment and Planning. Then in 1998 with the creation of the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment the Office came under the management of the Department's Information and Land Services Division.
