Events Tasmania is the Tasmanian Government's event unit, part of the Department of Tourism, Arts and the Environment. Events Tasmania has a leadership role to stimulate event growth in Tasmania across five key areas: the attraction & retention of events to the state, growth & development of events and the event industry by providing access to updated event research and information. Events Tasmania works with key events that have the capacity to deliver a range of social, cultural, economic and environmental benefits to Tasmania.
