Description:
The Branch was headed by the Administrator of Road Transport who was one of two Associate Commissioners. It was responsible for the control of commercial transport. the registration and taxation of motor vehicles and the licensing of drivers (incorporated the statutory function of Registrar of Motor Vehicles).;;
