Series notes:
Series is mainly for temporary leases. Volume one of this series is organised by the date the temporary lease application was referred to the Returned Soldier and Closer Settlement Department (last column on the page). The register records name of temporary lessee, date of lease, term (years) and rate per year, dates for diagram to be drawn - started and completed, area of land, vol and folio numbers, county, parish, vendor name and name of previous lessee.
Volume two of this series is organised the same way, but it also incorporates a few pages at the back of the volume for the Short term leases and purchase agreements-1949-1955 and 99 year leases-1930-1938
