Series notes:
Records name, age, date of admission, occupation, previous place of abode, marital status and name and address of next of kin. Contains the 5860 admissions to Millbrook Rise between 8 May 1934 and 15 June 1969. Thereafter Millbrook Rise operated as a half-way house and the admission numbers used are those from the Royal Derwent Hospital Registers (HSD 247-HSD250). The volume records patients transferred to the pre-discharge unit until 17 June 1976 when Millbrook Rise was converted to a staff training facility.
