1952 - State Film Production Committee established to "recommend priority in the production of, documentary films." Apple Festival, Your silent partner, power line across Derwent for HEC, NW Coast gymnastic display at Burnie for National Fitness Council, Smoke Signal (incomplete) and Rabbit control (incomplete).

1953 - Rabbit control, Anniversary review 1953 (first efforts with lip synchronisation), Smoke signal, Tasmania - Apple Isle, Tasmania Today - Mining (incomplete).

1954 - Tasmania Today, Smoke Signal, Anniversary Review, AEB - completed August 1954, Royal Visit, ANM - Mill Operations, Boyer.

1955 - 3 - 16mm documentaries, 3 - Agricultural, engineering & industrial record films, 35 mm - some sent to BBC.

1956 - Tasmania - Apple Isle - popular and numerous copies distributed.
