How to Use:
FIELD NAMES:
NEWMUNIC (the Municipality covering the Subdivision. Altered to reflect changes tot he municipal boundaries after April 1993);
REGDATE (the date of notification of the subdivision first being received in the office of the Planning Division);
FILENUMBER (Unique Divisional Number allocated to each individual subdivision):
SEPFILENUM (Sepaate File Number - records file number showing actual file this subdivision is grouped with);
APPLICANT(name of applicant);
SUBDSTREET (Road/Street address of subdivision):
LOCALITY (Town/Suburb or rural locality of the subdivision land);
CERTITLE (Certificate of Title (CT) reference applicable to land in question.

Register of applications for subdivisions created electronically on Microsoft Access.
Although the date range spans 1945 to 1993, the majority of entries cover the 1970s to 1990s period. There are 172 entries that pre-date 1961, 5 entries for the 1960s and all other database entries are post 1970.
