Series notes:
The plans of public places were submitted in order to show they conformed to health regulations. They may contain sewerage, drainage and even subdivision plans. They are related to the relevant HSD5 file, which gives the plan no. on the file tag. Not all files have plans. Schools and other public works are sometimes included.
