Series notes:
The cards were used by the Clinical School, University of Tasmania in its follow-up studies of the 1968 survey in 1974 and 1981. The cards are of a summary nature and contain the following information: name, date of birth, school health service number, school and date of enrolment, any school transfers, TAS10, 11 or 12 survey boxes (whether participated in these surveys or not), school number and asthma code (A, B N etc)
These records are part of the holdings of the Tasmanian Archives
System of Arrangement:
Mostly arranged in batches according to code and then by school of attendance in 1974. Not alphabetical. In some cases an order is not discernable. In all cases the original batches kept together by rubber bands have been retained using pink tape.
