System of Arrangement:
Alphabetical by file title. Series predates registration of file titles & appears to form bulk of University administrative files up until c.1980. There are a few files which were formerly UT47 & had been renumbered, & some miscellaneous files which were not UT47 but are related to other UT47 files & seemed most appropriately placed here. The consignment list also contained instances where there were two files which were included in a single item number.
