Series notes:
Alphabetical arrangement of patient medical cards. These record name, age and date of admission and a chronological account of medical symptoms - diagnosis and treatment. They are for male patients and include boys in their teen age years. The cards are difficult to read as they comprise medical abbreviations. On occasions the cards are annotated -RS- Returned Soldier; the acronym CMD and the significance of cards annotated with Ward 9 are not known.
