Contains the signed version, initially authorised by the Attorney-General and from the mid-1960s by the Minister for Local Government, of Local Council and Marine Board by laws.
According to the Rules Publication Act 1953, such by laws include any regulation, rule, or by-law, or any other instrument of a legislative character, that is made by a local authority or by a person or body of persons having jurisdiction limited to a district, locality, or part of the State.
According to the Act such by laws do not include statutory rules (note: for authorised versions of statutory rules please refer to AOT series AE840)
