Contains licence number, date, name of licensee, district of residence, amount paid and when paid. Some unissued licences remain in the volume.
Series notes:
The licence was issued under the Police Act 1905 and authorised the licensee to slaughter sheep, cattle and pigs and to sell meat at their premises. The licence expired on the 31st December of the year of issue.
