Vol 2-5: No., When Buried, Name, Denomination, Age, Late Residence, Rank or Occupation, By Whom Ceremony Performed, Cause of Death [used for administrative remarks not cause of death], Description of Grave, No. of Grave and Compartment, Name of Undertaker.
Vol 6-9: Reg no. Crem no., Date, Name, Undertaker or Representative, Last Residence, Next of Kin, Class of Grave or Cremation, Grave and Section, Remarks.
