Entries from 1956 to 27 July 1964 contain name, admission date, discharge date and date of birth. Entries from 31 Jul 1964 onwards contain more information although this can vary. Most contain 'Remarks' or 'Reason for Admission' and parents' names.
In the back of the volume are lists from 1966-1976 that appear to be draft entries for admissions. Additional information such as the names of foster parents and name of employer are sometime included.
