These are a continuation of the group of transmission registers in series CSO30-34. The first three volumes (CSD27/1-3) correspond to CSD1 (Young); CSD27/4-5 to CSD4 (Browne); CSD27/6-7 to CSD7 (Du Cane); CSD27/8-9 to CSD10 (Weld); CSD27/10-11 to CSD13 (Lefroy); CSD27/12-13 to CSD16 (Hamilton); CSD27/14 to CSD19 (Gormanston); and CSD27/15-16 to part of CSD22 (to 1906) and AD1/1.

Entries were made on a daily basis giving file registration number from whom and date of document, subject and to whom referred. The return of the file is indicated by a vertical cancellation. Many papers were still being circulated beyond the dates of the period to which they belong.
