This series registers correspondence about buildings and accommodation ("A" series) ranging from very minor repair works to larger building works. Despite the fact that much of the correspondence registered in this series has not survived, these registers can be used well for research. The summaries of correspondence refer to tenders, public works, chief secretary and other records which may be useful to follow up.
