Prisoners name, book number and page number. Record books numbered 1-22 alphabetically up to book 7.From book 8 entry is under the initial letter of the prisoners surname in book page sequence. Records prisoners name, book number and page number.
At the very beginning of this volume is an index to medical notes that are written up in the volume before the index proper to the prisoners' record books begins.
