Series notes:
Original letters by Jacobina Burn, 31 to her granddaughter Jemima Irvine and three to Charles James Irvine.
Some letters have been transcribed by Mrs Eleanor Burn Dowden (nee Widdicombe). A summary transcription of some the letters was made by Mrs Gill Morris c2000 and donated to the Local Studies Collection, Launceston, in 2008. Includes biographical information and photographs of the Burn family.
