The first two volumes are identified as "Transmissal Books" and the third is the "Commissioners Book" however they do appear to be the same series. The volumes have an alphabetical index. The earlier descriptions are quite extensive but later entries record only the name, area, lot number and district and whether the description is required for an advertisement, Solicitor General or Commissioner. Entries in the latter register are also for Land Titles Office.~
