Series notes:
These minutes books document meetings of the various boards and companies that controlled the port at Burnie. As such, the minutes are recorded as being the meetings of Wardens (1885-1949- some missing), Meeting of the Board (1969-1977), Committee of the Full Board (1988-1996- some missing) and the Meeting of Directors (1998-2005). Many of these minute books also contain Annual General Meetings, and financial overviews.
