Series notes:
Formed to deal with matters relating to health and sanitation in the Hobart Muncipality.
Between 13 February 1933 and 23 May 1934 the Committee was also responsible for the abattoir, reserves and buildings. The minutes of each meeting are divided into these different responsibilities.
