Volume four contains the proposed rules for the social committee, volume six contains a proposition form and referee letters and volume seven contains a form letter about the obligations of members who propose candidates. The minutes of three very early meetings - January, April and August 1861 are contained in the first volume of the minutes of the regular meetings.
