This series comprises four registers in loose leaf form in manila folders and prepared in the following categories:

a) parts list, one manila and one blue covered folder;

b) drawing index, one original and one copy referring to cars up to number 24 - manilla folder;

c) drawing index referring to cars 25 to 30 - orange folder.

The index page for each register is broken up into subject headings 1 -18 showing drawing number and title of drawing.
