There is an index at the beginning of this volume and the bulk of the correspondence is about tramways including ones at the Cam River, Ulverstone Dover and Walpole, Franklin, North West Bay, Sandfly, Port Esperance, Southport, Port Cygnet. There is also correspondence about the Forth and Leven Bridges and several roads including the Huon Road
