Information given includes record number and page in the "Record Book" (TC12) where the document is entered. Files that have been destroyed have been crossed out in blue and this seems to have started in 1924. The use of the blue line continues on a fairly regular basis until 1938. Some files have been marked with a red line and that also seems to indicate that a file does not exist either from destruction or cancellation of the number. In 1954 there is a record of about 250 claim files having been destroyed and from then on information about destroyed files does not appear. From 1957 file title/subject is given.
