The arrangment as first made upon receipt of the records in 1959 has been retained. This accounts for some numbering gaps and complications. ;;VDL261/1/3 is an album comprising 27 individually described photographs, listed individually as items VDL261/1/840-867.;;VDL261/1/5 is an album containing 44 individually numbered photographs but they have not been described individually.;;VDL261/1/6 and 7 comprises a single archives box each of unnumbered photographs which have not been numbered or described.;;VLD261/1/8 comprises an album containing 116 individually numbered photographs which have been indexed and described at the beginning of the album itself.;;;;
